It has been part of my hobbies or habits to collect used greeting's cards. I like to admire those beautiful sceneries, flowers, designs of the cards. I feel it's a waste to throw the used cards away. But, of course, I only keep those beautiful ones. So, I have collected and kept a lot of used cards and started making my own Greetings, Birthday and gifts presentation cards.

One day, one of my colleagues showed me a sample of her friend's paper-cutting Japanese Doll. I fell in love with it at once. I was very impressed and decided to make one for myself. So, I gave it a try. Those Japanese Paper Dolls below are made by me, one after another.

Subsequently, these paper-cutting dolls became part of my collections. These paper dolls are made from used festive cards such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, Season's Greetings cards etc. It's a cut and paste process. With a little bit of make-up, the Japanese Dolls look gorgeous.

Japanese Dolls with attractive black hairs, sexy eyes, tiny red lips and fair complexions. Aren't they pretty?

Each has their individual looks.

Look at those fashionable and colourful Kimono. These pictures can be laminated or framed up as decoratve items. I thnik it would be great to use a round frame for each doll. It could be quite presentable, if hanged up one or two or even more of the said round frames on the wall. It's all depend on the decorations and arrangements.
